All Black Everything...In Spring??

Black, black, black...everywhere I go all I see are black clothes. I mean its spring where is the color! I tried really hard, and I mean HARD to not fall into the all black clothing type of girl. I feel it takes a certain person and flair to make all black everything look chic and hip year round...that is not me. I am more of a color and fringe type of girl however, I would like to think though I pull this look off flawlessly. Not to mention this whole outfit I got everything on sale, which makes it that much sweeter.
